computers has already began. The craft silicon foundation
has a fully equiped bus with a capacity of 25 students. The
foundation offers free computer classes. The Bus is fitted with 12 computers monitor using solar energy panels to power the computers. This effort has recieved recognition by the Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka.

to New Craft Silicon Campus Building
25 May 2010 was a big day
for Craft Silicon staff. This was the day that craft silicon
office moved to its very owned campus building located at
Musa Gitau drive , on Waiyaki Way. The campus is fully equiped
with a softare developement center , data house , recreational center(gymn
,pool,basket ball pitch) and can hold a capacity of 400 staff
and more.

Equity bank , with Craft Silicon
, have merged to provide its customer to offer both retail
and cash back facility through supermarkets and shopping centers.
This effor has enable equity customers to purchase and withdraw
right from point of sale device. This in return has increased
customer turnover in equity due to easy and accesible cash
facility. The solution provided by Craft Silicon is BREFT swith and Point of Sale devices being deployed in different points of retail markets.

Mobile banking on the Move
The internet solution and
mobile solution are now being intergrated to a solution called
'BR Money Transfer ' a solution that enables banks to operate
mobile agents , and process cash deposit , withdrawal ,send
and recieve from their bank to their mobile phone. Another new product in the pipeline is ELMA , a mobile shopping and bill payment solution , that intergrates with bank and allows mobile users to purchase , pay bills , and access other services such as manage money , news subscription , stock exhange and mobile top ups.

In an effort to reach customers
right at their convinience , safaricom introduced mobile bill
payments from retail outlets whereby safaricom prepaid customers
can pay their mobile bills .This has made payment more efficient
and has attracted more customers for prepaid service.

Regional Summit
