All our products carries a warranty of 180 days from the date of installation
of the software. The warranty is against any manufacturing bugs in the
software. Any major development that is conducted for bank's special customization
needs will be treated as a project and would be out of the scope of this
warranty.
- The bank may enter into an online Annual Maintenance Contract (@ 15%
per annum of original price) with the local supplier of the product.
The maintenance support is available 24x7 universe.
- Banks may also enter into an offline Annual Maintenance Contract
(@ 10.50% per annum of original price) with the local supplier of the
product. The support is available via e-services, and would be attended
within next 16 working hours.
- The AMC would entitle the client to receive any updates to the existing
modules which enhances functionality of the existing software free of
cost. Any addition of new modules would be made available at a special
discounted rate for a period of 3 months from the launch of the said
module.
- We have a policy of releasing an update once in three months. We
would also announce availability of new modules as and when they are
released so that the bank can take advantage of the developments.
