The purpose of this role includes interact with clients to understand their concern in the Product, clarify their doubts, identify issues, escalate issues to internal team for resolution, test the fixes, share RCA to client to close the raised tickets. Service Desk Executive liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of fixes or clarifications raised by them.
