• Execute risk-based audits covering financial, operational, IT, compliance, and organizational functions.
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, governance processes, and risk mitigation measures.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and compliance issues, recommending practical corrective actions.
• Support the implementation of the annual audit plan while ensuring timely completion of assigned audits.

The Risk Officer is responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating enterprise-wide risks that may impact the organization’s strategic objectives, operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, information security, and reputation. The role supports the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and promotes a proactive risk-aware culture.

Role Overview

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, IT, cybersecurity, compliance, strategic, and project-related risks.
• Maintain the corporate risk register and monitor the effectiveness of mitigation plans.
• Work closely with business units to embed risk management into day-to-day operations and decision-making.

Experience:

• 3+ years in software development, preferably in enterprise or SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience with .NET Core/Framework, Angular/React, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap, SQL Server
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git are added advantage.

Software Development Engineer-MIS who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions using MS SQL Server, SSRS RDL

The ideal candidate should have expertise in report development, data development,  and data integration

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years in
• Working experience of T SQL, SSRS, Visual Studio & SSDT and power bi with 3 years+ experience in any one technology / tool

The SQL Server Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining databases, queries, stored procedures, and other data solutions using Microsoft SQL Server to support business applications and data-driven decision-making.

The purpose of this role includes understand client’s functional requirements by walkthrough Functional Specification Document, raise concerns to Business Analyst on FSDs, Prepare Test Cases and Test Scenarios, attend demo from Development team, test CRs, present bugs to developer in defect call, support Client UAT, and postproduction, and finally support handover. He / She should co-ordinate between CSM, BA, Development and Client in UAT phase and postproduction phase till support hand over. Learn existing products thoroughly.
