Job Purpose :

The purpose of Role includes, interaction with Client on various Business Requirement, Study, Analyse, propose solution within Product (BR.Net / GLOW / Trucell) framework.
New Implementation, Customisation or new feature, requirement to be studied in detailed and prepare the relevant documentation, Present to all stakeholders before proceeding further

Responsibilities :

New Implementation – Study of Current system, process, Procedure & Documentation.
Customisation Requirement – Study, discuss with Client and analyse the Feasibility of the requirement. Prepare feasibility document and share with all stakeholder
Document Walkthrough with stakeholder
Prototype preparation
Functional Specification Document preparation
FSD walkthrough & Sign-off
KT to Internal Teams and clarify doubts/ concerns
Publish Timeline and Follow-up
CR Implementation
UAT Assistance & Sign-off

Professional Certification :

Six Sigma/TQM/ ITIL/Lean/PMP Certification is added advantage

Required Experience :

6+ Total Experience
2 – 4 Experience in NBFC,BFSI, MFI - Preferred
2 – 3 Experience in Craft Silicon
