Since joining Craft Silicon Kenya in 2000, he has held multiple leadership roles leading to his appointment as CEO. His astute business acumen and uncanny foresight have been instrumental in shaping the Craft Silicon suite of products and services. He has played a pivotal role in positioning Craft Silicon India as a strong leader in this domain.

Shabbir Hakkim heads Craft Silicon’s Client Services and Business Development unit in the Asia-Pacific region. He holds responsibility for managing client relationships and defining strategy & solutions to drive business growth across the various organizational verticals. He is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through delivery excellence, employee engagement and growth of this region.

Sujit Saini serves as Group CFO with over 30 years in finance leadership, he drives strategic growth, ensures robust compliance, and aligns financial excellence.
Sujit is responsible for all financial decision-making and providing strategic financial input to the executive team. He oversees the accounting process, while playing a key role in developing and implementing financial procedures that enhance strategic planning, uphold stringent regulatory compliance, and maintain the company’s financial health.

Fredrick joined Craft Silicon in 2007 and has held multiple roles in driving projects, account management and delivery management for clients in the Africa regions. Fredrick is responsible for the deployment of all enterprise applications.
