Archana brings extensive experience in providing leadership in Quality Assurance activities, Stakeholder Management and Risk Management. She is responsible for heading Craft Silicon’s Quality Assurance department and has 14 years of experience in Software testing. Prior to joining Craft Silicon, she was working as Vice President in JP Morgan Chase, India.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications and is an ISTQB certified tester.

Eva leads the Support and Implementation of Financial Inclusion Solutions at Craft Silicon, ensuring seamless delivery and operational excellence across client engagements. She plays a key role in strengthening service reliability and driving impact through inclusive financial technologies, working closely with teams and clients to support sustainable growth.

Pramoda is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions at Craft Silicon. He works closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate business needs into robust technology architectures. His expertise spans system integration, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.

Jaimohan leads the Craft Silicon Delivery Centre in Ahmedabad, India, overseeing customer deliveries across Asia and Africa. With over 16 years of experience in IT and operations leadership, he brings strong expertise in delivery management, business and digital transformation, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Jai has also worked at Craft Silicon’s headquarters in Nairobi and served as Country Manager for the Uganda business, contributing to scalable operations and high-performance teams.
