Priya Budhabhatti
Priya brings a deep knowledge of process, compliance and corporate governance to Craft Silicon. Under her guidance, the business is anchored in ensuring that every action and every interaction is done in an ethical and professional way. Priya also takes a keen interest in training and engagement to ensure focus on consistently improving employee performance.

Siva Kumar
Siva Kumar, CEO-Craft Silicon Asia, brings with him a wealth of experience in Information Technology, Banking, and Microfinance. Siva Kumar joined Craft Silicon, Kenya in 2000 & has held several leadership positions leading to his appointment as CEO.
His astute business acumen & uncanny foresight have been instrumental in creating the Craft Silicon suite of products and services and positioning Craft Silicon India as a strong leader in this domain.

Vinish Shah
Vinish has over 20 years of experience working with BFSI, IT, Telecom and System Integration companies. With Craft Silicon since 2015, Vinish is an experienced leader in Service Management, Business Development, Service Delivery and Operations. He currently drives the company's expansion strategies, business development and customer engagement.
Shabbir Hakkim
Shabbir Hakkim heads Craft Silicon’s Client Services and Business Development unit in the asia-pacific region. He holds responsibility for managing client relationships and defining strategy & solutions to drive business growth across the various organizational verticals. He is also responsible for enhancing customer experience through delivery excellence, employee engagement and growth of this region.

Pradeep Subramaniyan
Pradeep heads product development for Craft Silicon, Asia. With over 13 years at Craft Silicon, he is an expert on solutioning for clients with the BR.Net suite and ensuring seamless third-party integrations for Core Banking systems. Pradeep is proficient in Microsoft technologies and Android Management Studio development.
Jaimohan Purushothaman
Jai Mohan leads the Craft Silicon Delivery Center in Ahmedabad, India. Under Jai’s leadership the center ensures timely and accurate customer deliveries, effective troubleshooting and building positive and productive working relationships with customers across Asia and Africa.
Jai Mohan has also worked at Craft Silicon’s HQ in Nairobi, Kenya and as the Country Manager for the Uganda business.

Rakesh Singh
Rakesh joined Craft Silicon as Vice President, he has strong business acumen and demonstrated the ability to partner with business leaders and other IT functions to deliver key development initiatives, setting IT priorities aligned with business strategies. He has excellent knowledge in building technology captive right skilled services for IT Operations, global IT delivery strategy, and digital solutions.
Suhasini Shyam Kumar
Suhasini, with more than 17 years of experience in IT Industry, is an ITIL certified leader in Service Quality, Delivery and Management. Also, a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 27001 (ISMS). She has an expertise in practicing the core Values, Culture and Ethics at workplace.
Suhasini currently manages the strategies and functions in departments of HR, Compliance, and other support services in Craft Silicon.
Venugopala K.
Venu is a veteran of the Banking, Logistics and MFI domain with over 30 years of corporate experience, with the last 15 years at Craft Silicon. Solutions, design and implementation are his forte and he has integrated design & implementation to best serve the business needs. Venu has contributed extensively to the growth of BR.Net.

Ananth Sagar joined Craft Silicon in 2005 and has held multiple roles in development, support, implementation, driving projects, account management and delivery management for clients. He currently drives the company's key customer account and delivery management.
Nagarajan P.
Nagarajan has extensive experience in managing Customer Support and Project Management Offices for offshore clients with more than 25 years of experience in various domains, specialising in the Financial sector for the last 15 years. Nagarajan focuses on the closure of Incidents and Service Requests within Service Level Agreements and Customer Satisfaction and is certified auditor for ISO 20000-1(ITSMS) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist in SQL Server.

Ranthir Muralidharan
Ranthir is experienced in Data Center Design and Management, Migration, Information Security and Cyber Security. A certified auditor for ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 27001 (ISMS), ISO 20000-1 (ITSMS) and AS9100C, he currently manages the company's IT Infrastructure. Ranthir has over 16 years of experience working with IT, ITES, telecom, engineering and animation services, hospitality and system integration companies.
